Thank you for your purchase!

We hope you are happy with your Walkabout Carriers products.

 

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund.

on our return and exchange policy.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are allowed for

NEW PRODUCT purchases only!

 

All sales are final on USED DEMO items! 

 

No returns allowed on

USED DEMO items! 

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

All returned items must be in good

RE-SELLABLE condition

without any noticeable damage

or measurably worse condition

then when they were originally shipped.

 

Returns must include all original contents any *TOOLKIT, batteries, battery charger, battery tester, adjustment tools, any bonus items such as  FREE wireless systems

 and User’s Guide.  

Failure to do so

will result in a reduction

in the amount of refund

based on the value of items

missing or un-returned

to be determined by 

Walkabout Carriers, Inc.

 

Return Process

To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, then return the product to Walkabout Carriers, Inc.

Customers are responsible

for all return shipping charges!

We will either email

a printable return label or 

send a printed label via USPS.

Refund Timeline

After we receive your returned item

and inspect the overall condition,

we will process your refund or exchange.

 

Refunds will be refunded to your

original method of payment, 

otherwise an appropriate credit

or refund will be issued.

 

Please allow at least fifteen (15) days

from our receipt of your item

to process your return.

 

Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles

to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank's

billing and refund cycles.

 

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

a return and refund.

 

Please note a

10% restocking fee

will be charged

for all returns.

Products returned severely 

damaged, and deemed to be

in condition too unsellable

even as 'used' will not be 

allowed a refund, 

only a credit for future purchase
